Shamrock presents Beyond the Bottle, the beginning of a new Cork & Fork dinner series created to explore wine beyond what’s printed on the label.

For our first gathering, we welcome Kysela Wines for an intimate six-course paired dinner featuring six wines from the Kysela portfolio. Each wine will be paired with a course created by The Secret Spoon Society, building an evening where the food and wine are designed to tell the story together.

Throughout dinner, our guest from Kysela will guide us through the wines, the people and places behind them, and the decisions that take a bottle from a vineyard somewhere in the world to a table here in Fort Smith.

Expect plenty of conversation along the way. Beyond the Bottle isn’t designed as a formal wine lecture. It’s an opportunity to taste, ask questions, learn something new and experience wine in the place where we think it makes the most sense: around other people.
