Fort Smith Public School Districts’s School-Based Health Center will host their 2nd annual Celebration for Community Connections event on Saturday, September 14 at Darby Junior High School in Fort Smith. The Celebration will focus on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. This event is free and open to the public.
