Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club to Host 83rd Annual Book of Golden Deeds Award Banquet
The Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club will proudly host its 83rd Annual Book of Golden Deeds Award Banquet on March 13.
The Book of Golden Deeds Award is an Exchange Club program that honors a worthy person or group who continuously donates time, talent, and energy to help those in need. The Club first bestowed the prestigious honor in 1942. Last year’s co-recipients were former Fort Smith Mayor Sandy Sanders and Dr. Sandi Sanders. Other notable recipients include the late Dr. Roger Bost, the late Charolette Tidwell, and longtime Fort Smith Boys & Girls Clubs Director Jerry Glidewell, among others.
This year’s event will be held at Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith. Doors will open at 6 p.m., with the dinner and program to follow at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $55 (plus small online fee) and are available for purchase online. The deadline to RSVP is March 9.
