Another name has been added to Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club’s Book of Golden Deeds. Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club Past President, devoted citizen, and volunteer extraordinaire, Claude Legris was presented the Club’s highest honor at the 80th Annual Book of Golden Deeds event March 3. Legris is well-known for his nearly 20 years of service with the Fort Smith Advertising & Promotion Commission and volunteer efforts with the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Fort Smith Christmas Honors, and more.
