Pediatrics Plus Launches The Farm, a Revolutionary Therapy Campus

Sep 15, 2025 | Latest News

Pediatrics Plus, a leader in pediatric healthcare and therapy services across Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma, has expanded its revolutionary nature-based therapy model into the Rogers area, signaling a transformative shift in how the organization delivers care in Northwest Arkansas. Located in the Little Flock community outside of Rogers, the Pediatrics Plus Farm model is an immersive, outdoor-centered therapy campus designed to meet the diverse needs of children and families through a one-of-a-kind model that integrates evidence-based therapy with nature, creativity and purposeful play.

Based on successful models in Bryant, Cabot and Conway, the Rogers Farm will allow children to participate in therapies surrounded by the natural world. The campus offers services such as occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech-language therapy (ST) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) in a setting unlike any other in the nation. Children will feed animals, plant gardens, build life skills and engage in hands-on experiences that support developmental milestones, social-emotional growth and functional independence.

“With the launch of our Rogers Farm, we are redefining what therapy looks like in Northwest Arkansas,” said Scott Street, CEO of Pediatrics Plus. “This campus allows us to move beyond the clinic walls and into an environment where kids thrive through movement, connection and the rhythm of the natural world. We are proud to open this location, and equally proud to announce that we will soon break ground on new Farm campuses in Springdale and Searcy, Arkansas, and in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Our rapid growth is a direct reflection of the need families have expressed, and being able to meet that need is incredibly rewarding for our team.”

Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who joined in celebrating the grand opening, praised the unique approach.

“The Pediatrics Plus Farm model is a one-of-a-kind Arkansas success story, blending both our state’s farming roots with innovative therapy services that connect kids to nature in powerful, practical ways,” said Governor Sanders. “I’m thrilled to see this model expand to Northwest Arkansas, giving even more children the chance to discover their potential.”

The opening of the Rogers Farm location also marks a strategic pivot for Pediatrics Plus in Northwest Arkansas. Beginning this fall, the organization will shift away from traditional, clinic-based models in the region and go all-in on the immersive, nature-based approach. This will create a consistent, elevated experience for families seeking a more holistic path to care.

To celebrate the grand opening, Pediatrics Plus hosted a community celebration and ribbon cutting with attendance from Gov. Sanders, Senators Bart Hester and Josh Bryant, Representatives Scott Richardson and Robin Lundstrom, representatives from Senator John Boozman’s Office, Little Flock Mayor Jeff Van Sickler and members of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. Guests met therapy animals, explored sensory-friendly gardens, toured the campus and heard directly from therapists and leaders about the vision behind the Farm. Regional leaders, including educators, pediatric specialists and businesspeople, attended the celebration to learn more about the unique therapy model.

“Pediatrics Plus continues to raise the bar for what it means to serve children and families,” said Raymond Burns, President and CEO of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. “While they’ve had a presence in our community for years, ‘The Farm’ takes that commitment to a new level. It’s a community asset, and we are proud to welcome this innovative model to Rogers and are excited about the difference it will make for families across the region.”

Pediatrics Plus is now accepting new patients at the Rogers Farm location and will open for services on Monday, Sept. 22. For more information or to schedule a tour, visit pediatricsplus.com/locations/rogers-ar.
