⅓ cup pomegranate juice
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 ounce white rum
½ cup champagne
½ ounce simple syrup (½ sugar, ½ water mixture)
lime wedge, garnish
In a shaker, combine pomegranate juice, simple syrup, a few pomegranate arils, lime juice, and rum, shake well to combine. Fill your glass with ice, pour mixture in and top with champagne. Garnish with more pomegranate arils, mint, and a lime wedge.
