INGREDIENTS
(makes 1)
2 ounces blanco tequila
1 ½ ounces fresh pineapple juice
¾ ounce freshly lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
mint leaves, extra for garnish
pineapple wedges, garnish
METHOD
Combine all ingredients except pineapple wedges in a chilled cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain over ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and mint leaf if desired.
