Associate Artistic Director and Choreographer, Jared Mesa, invites you to join us for Sleeping Beauty’s wedding. Princess Aurora, accompanied by a cast of vivacious characters appear for three delightful performances on Friday, April 21 at 7:00pm Saturday, April 22 at 2:00pm, and Sunday, April 23 at 2:00pm at the King Opera House in historic downtown Van Buren. Sleeping Beauty is made possible by presenting sponsor James & Company, CPA’s.
A cast of over 60 area dancers that will feature members of Western Arkansas Ballet’s pre-professional company, guest artists Samuel Lawson from Southeast Missouri State, Julian Cottrell from University of Oklahoma, and Western Arkansas Ballet’s own Brianna Mesa and Jared Mesa.
