Ingredients
> Absolut Pears Vodka
> Sake
> Liquor 43
> Finest Call Passion Fruit Puree
> Pear Cubes (optional for garnish)
> Large Toothpick
Method
Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add 1 oz. Absolut Pears Vodka, 1 oz. Sake, ¾ oz. Liquor 43, and a splash of Passion Fruit Puree (more or less to taste). Shake until well chilled and combined. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cubed pear on long toothpick.
