Baptist Announces Presley Phillips, APRN at Alma Family Clinic

Presley Phillips, APRN, recently joined Baptist Health Family Clinic-Alma to provide care for patients in her hometown.

Phillips earned a Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2020 and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith in 2013. She began her nursing career in the intensive care unit at Baptist Health-Fort Smith. She went on to work in other areas, including surgery before pursuing opportunities in outpatient clinical settings. The Alma native is happy to now be accepting new patients in her hometown.

“I am very excited and honored to provide care as a family nurse practitioner in my hometown,” Phillips said. “I am passionate about providing excellent, quality care to my patients. I treat all my patients as individuals and enjoy building a trusting relationship between provider and patient.”

As a family nurse practitioner, her services include:

  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute illness
  • Family medicine
  • Annual wellness exams
  • Women’s health
  • School and sports physicals

Phillips will work alongside Jeffrey Medlock, MD, and Ronald Schlabach, MD, at Baptist Health Family Clinic-Alma located at 937 Highway 64 East. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, please call (479) 632-3855.
