Cranberry-Jalapeño Relish

INGREDIENTS
Makes 3 cups 

1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
½ cup orange juice
½ cup red onion, finely diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
¼ cup fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt

METHOD
In a mixing bowl, add cranberries, orange juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, cumin, and salt to taste. Stir to combine. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
