INGREDIENTS
(makes 8, 8oz. servings)
6 Cups water, divided
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (seeds removed)
METHOD
Create a simple syrup by combining one cup of water and one cup sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Place one cup of fresh-squeezed lemon juice into a pitcher. Add the simple syrup and 5 cups of water, stir to combine. Pour over ice filled glasses or chill before serving.
