Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Citadelle gin
1 ½ oz. kombucha
1 oz. fresh-squeezed strawberry juice
½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
¼ oz. homemade basil simple syrup
basil leaf, garnish
Method
Combine everything except kombucha in a shaker and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top off with the kombucha and garnish with a basil leaf.
