Residents just across the Arkansas border in Roland, Oklahoma, now have more access to primary care.
Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Roland opened for patient care on April 8. Located at 106 W. Ray Fine Blvd., Suite 3, (on Hwy. 64), the clinic is Mercy’s first location in Roland. Caitlin Waters, APRN, will care for patients in the new space, with Dr. Caitlyn Bowman joining the clinic later this year.
The new clinic will provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care services to help adults, children and seniors live healthier lives. Providers are specialized to handle routine health care needs, including:
- Preventive care and health screenings.
- Vaccinations and immunizations.
- Diagnoses and care for common illnesses and minor injuries.
- Management of chronic conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
- Referrals to a specialist, when needed.
Services also include annual physical health check-ups, sports physicals, medication management, same-day acute care access, diagnostics and lab services for Mercy patients.
“Mercy has a long-standing tradition of caring for communities, dating back to our founding by the Sisters of Mercy,” said Dr. Lance Faddis, Mercy’s regional physician executive for primary care. “Their mission was to provide compassionate care to those in need, and today, we continue to uphold that legacy.”
Same-day appointments can be made by calling 918-571-4322. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
