MVSL to hold Open House for Phase III of their “Legacy of Faith – Vision for the Future Capital Campaign”
Methodist Village Senior Living (MVSL) will hold an Open House and Ribbon Cutting for Phase III of their “Legacy of Faith—Vision for the Future Capital Campaign” on Thursday, October 12th at 9:30 am.
Senator John Boozman will dedicate Phase III, which includes a renovation to the exterior of MVSL’s existing Care Center, a Library expansion, and a new Education Center. “This project has been in the works for many years, and because of the tremendous support from our donors and community, we are able to provide a beautiful home for our residents… those who once cared for us! We are so proud of this project and are excited to finally be able to share it with you,” says Melissa Curry, CEO.
The original Care Center was built in 1961 and was showing its age. With this renovation, we were able to centrally locate the Care Center offices and add additional common spaces for our residents to enjoy, including a new sitting room and library.
Our now bigger and better Education Center will offer more space for our on-site Certified Nursing Assistant Classes and Medication Assistant Certified Classes. The Education Center will also be available for community events and support groups.
The public is invited to attend the Open House and Ribbon Cutting.
