INGREDIENTS
3 oz. vodka
3 oz. pumpkin spice coffee creamer
1 ½ oz. Kahlua
large marshmallows (optional garnish)
cinnamon stick (optional garnish)
for the rim
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 Tablespoons graham crackers, crushed to a powder
METHOD
Combine rim ingredients on a small plate. Twist the glass rim in a bit of Kahlua, then dip into graham cracker mixture. Combine vodka, creamer, and Kahlua in a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake until chilled, pour into glass. Lightly char large marshmallows and the end of a cinnamon stick. Add marshmallows to the glass and top with cinnamon stick if desired.
*Also delicious topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
