The Polar Express, the beloved film based on Chris Van Allsberg’s children’s book of the same name, is making a stop at Walton Arts Center for one screening this holiday season. Families and children are encouraged to wear their PJs, cozy up with some hot cocoa and enjoy the heartwarming story of a boy who takes a train ride to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus.
A beloved yearly tradition, when The Polar Express arrives at Walton Arts Center, you know that Santa can’t be far behind.
Patrons also will have one last chance to drop by Winter Nights, the family-friendly holiday drop-in event at Walton Arts Center open to the public 6 pm – midnight Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings through Friday, Dec. 22. There’s free walk-up outdoor and indoor seating available. Grab a holiday drink or snack, take a picture in the Cox Communications photo booth and get into the holiday spirit.
