Sizzling Street Tacos

Our delicious street taco recipe will have everyone coming back for more. Easy prep and forget until it’s time to cook. You’ll make these time and time again.

(serves 6)
2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tablespoons lime juice, fresh
2 Tablespoons canola oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 ½ lbs. chicken or skirt steak, cut to ½-inch pieces
12 mini flour or corn tortillas, warmed
¾ cup diced onion
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut to wedges (garnish)

Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano and 1 Tablespoon of oil in a small bowl.Pour mixture into a gallon size Ziploc and add meat of choice. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag over at 2 hours.

Heat remaining oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Place marinade and steak in skillet and cook until marinade is reduced and desired doneness achieved (about 5-7 minutes). Serve in flour or corn tortillas, top with minced onion and cilantro. Garnish with lime wedges.
