INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ cup hot coffee
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce Kahlúa coffee liqueur
whipped cream
METHOD
Heat milk, pumpkin, and sugar over medium heat until hot, do not allow to boil! Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, coffee, dark rum, and Kahlúa. Pour into large mug and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
