Pina Colada Margarita

2 ounces tequila preferably reposado
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
1 ounce Cointreau|
pineapple wedge, lime wheel, mint leaves for garnish, optional
toasted coconut for rimming glass, optional

Rim glass with coconut or sugar; set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, pineapple and lime juice, cream of coconut, (not coconut milk), and Cointreau. Shake well. Add ice to prepared glass, strain in mixture. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
