The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Democracy Project and the Lion’s Chronicle student newspaper will host a town hall with the candidates for at large Fort Smith director positions this Thursday, Nov. 3, at 6 p.m., at the Blue Lion downtown.
The town hall will be the final on the university’s Face the Voters series of campus debates aimed at fostering civic engagement among students.
Candidates for at large Fort Smith director positions 5, 6, and 7 will share their respective visions for city of Fort Smith with UAFS students and Fort Smith community members.
UAFS students will moderate this town hall.
