INGREDIENTS
(makes 1)
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. Limoncello
1 oz. lemon juice, fresh
Prosecco or sparkling wine
lemon slices or twists (garnish)
fresh thyme or mint (optional)
METHOD
Fill glass with ice. Add vodka, Limoncello, and fresh lemon juice. Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Garnish as desired.
