Shaky Shamrock

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
2 oz. Crème de Menthe (use green version if possible)
6 cups vanilla ice cream
1 oz. milk
green food coloring if needed for more color
Garnish options: whipping cream, maraschino cherries, sprinkles

METHOD

In a blender, add vodka, Baileys Irish Crème, Crème de Menthe, milk, and food coloring (if using), pulse to combine. Add ice cream and pulse until consistency of choice. Pour into glass, add a scoop of ice cream and garnish as desired.

Always drink responsibly, never drink and drive.
